What is the Employee Check benefit policy?

Do I still need an order form?
No. You can browse the site and select any personal check design to select for your free check benefit.
Who is eligible for the program?
All Vericast employees. Benefit includes any Vericast company employees (any company that is "A Vericast Business".
Can I have my checks delivered with service that requires my signature?
At this time, EmployeeChecks.com does not offer a signature service. However, our product management team is reviewing.
Can I have my checks delivered via expedited delivery?
Yes, you can. Most products will show at one or more expedited options for delivery. If you have any questions about expedited delivery, please contact our customer service department at 1-866-732-7250 Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm (CST); Closed Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
How long will take for my checks to be delivered?
Your check order will be shipped using our standard trackable delivery service. Delivery time in the continental US is 5 – 8 business days (Portable checks, allow up to 10 days) from receipt of completed order information. Other destinations may require additional delivery time.
Expedited delivery options are available but will incur a delivery charge.
Please Note: Order information is considered complete when all imprint, bank, and payment information along with a voided check (if applicable) are received. If you ordered multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive several days apart.
Sales Tax
Federal law requires that tax be collected on all orders being shipped to addresses within the U.S. Employees ordering free checks will not be charged sales tax. If employees purchase the discounted products, sales tax will apply.
Customization Policy
We reserve the right to refuse to print or produce any customized features on products that do not meet our quality guidelines. Customized features may include but are not limited to: photographs, artwork or graphics, text message lines, and other text that may occur within names, titles, slogans, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses. Note: employee's name must be included on the free check order.
Placing an Order
Ordering online is fast, easy, and secure:
- Select a design to begin creating a personalized product.
- Instantly view your design with our live preview.
- If you are not satisfied with the options selected, experiment with other type styles, ink color, and line placement.
- Change your personalization and preview again.
- When you have completed the personalization and preview process, approve, and add to your shopping cart.
- Place your order.
Once you complete your order, we will automatically offer you an on-screen printable receipt and send an order confirmation to your email address.
Payment
We accept credit card and ACH (Automated Clearing House: direct debit of your account) payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, utilizing the VeriSign Secure Site service, one of the most recognized symbols of trust on the Web. Your payment method will be authorized at the order confirmation stage of the online ordering process. Final payment funds are transferred when products are in shipped status.
Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. We use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection on the pages where you record personal and payment information. Look for the lock at the bottom of your browser to indicate a secure connection.

Returns
If you have received your order and it is damaged or defective in any way, please let us know by calling EmployeeChecks.com at 1-866-732-7250 and we will replace it immediately. If you have received your order and feel that the personalization is not accurate to your online preview, we will be glad to re-print your order at no additional charge.
Cancellation Policy
All online orders are submitted to production immediately to provide the timeliest service possible. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled after they are submitted. Please call 1-866-732-7250 and speak with a representative for further assistance.
